Terms & Conditions for Online Credit Card Payments

The Innovairre online payment website is an online service for the payment of Innovairre invoices only, and is provided as a convenience to you by Innovairre (the “Service”).

TERMS GOVERNING USE OF THE SERVICE.

By accessing or using the Service, you signify your acceptance and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change by Innovairre at any time, with or without prior notification. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were posted at the time of the transaction. You understand that by your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective, you have agreed to any such change to these Terms and Conditions.

YOU WARRANT THAT:

• You are 18 years of age or over.
• You have the appropriate authority to validly use the Service and you are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
• The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
• You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in using the Service.
• The information supplied by you is true, accurate, and complete.

PAYMENTS.

Innovairre accepts credit card payments from the following:

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, Diner’s Club, and JCB.
When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in US Dollar currency (USD$).

Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 business days in updating your payment in Innovairre’s records. A “business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, a federal holiday, or any other day on which banks in the United States are not generally open for business.

You remain responsible to make timely online payment submissions in advance of the due date in order to ensure the timely payment of all Innovairre invoices. You shall bear the risk and the responsibility for paying any late charges or fees assessed by Innovairre resulting from the late receipt of any payment made through the Service.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

All credit card payments made through the Service are subject to an additional processing fee in an amount equal to 3.0% of the total invoice amount. This processing fee is assessed at the time you submit payment through the Service and will be deducted from your credit card in addition to the invoiced amount.

CONFIRMATION:

• If successful, you will receive a confirmation of your completed payment.
• If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. Innovairre will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
• If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure timely payment of the Innovairre invoice.
• Innovairre will confirm your payment details via email.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SECURE:

• Payments will be processed by Paytrace a service of Tsys.
• By using the Service you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to Innovairre for the sole purpose of administering your online credit card payment.
• All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the Paytrace privacy statement.
• Innovairre does not have access to your credit card details.
